Please note that as a client of ours, you are responsible for being aware of and respecting our time and policies and take responsibility for any fees you may be subject too. We reserve the right to refuse clients who do not follow/respect our time or policies.
Every single time an appointment is booked, the client will receive an automated text/email which confirms the date and time of the appointment. A second automated text/email is always sent to the client 24 hours before the appointment as a kind reminder. If you choose to opt out of these reminders you are still expected to attend your scheduled appointment.
The following policies and fees are enforced to keep our business running smoothly.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your spray tan, you can do so yourself by clicking the automated confirmation link/email that was sent to you up to 48 hours before your appointment. If you need to cancel/reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment you will no longer be able to do so yourself and you will need to call/message us and this will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service booked.
Our cancellation/rescheduling window is bigger for spray tans because of the thorough prep and pre care we expect our spray tan clients to do the days leading up to their appointment. If a client does not have enough time to properly prepare for their appointment, the result of the tan may be affected. Because of this we do not book any tans with less than 48 hours notice and we will no longer be able to fill your spot. Fee must be paid in full prior to rebooking you back into our schedule.

We have a strict no-show policy. Our time is valuable and when a client simply doesn’t show up to their scheduled appointment we are not able to make an income and are no longer able to fill that spot. No-shows are expected to pay a fee of 100% of the service(s) booked. Fee must be paid in full prior to rebooking you back into our schedule.
If you are 5 minutes late to your appointment, we will message you to see if you are on your way. If you fail to show up within 10 minutes of your appointment time we will no longer be able to accommodate you and you will be subject to our NO-SHOW POLICY (see above). We take pride in our work and value our own time and will not rush through your appointments/or sanitation or our own breaks to accommodate a client arriving late. No exceptions.
