BOOKING POLICIES & FEES

When an appointment is booked, the client will receive an automated text/email which confirms the date and time of the appointment. A second automated text/email is always sent to the client 24 hours before the appointment as a kind reminder and to ask that you confirm your appointment. If you choose to opt out of these reminders you are still expected to attend your scheduled appointment.


The following policies and fees/charges are enforced to keep our business running smoothly. Please respect our time as we respect yours. Appointment times are reserved specifically for you. We reserve the right to refuse clients who do not follow/respect our time or policies.


By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

If you need to cancel or reschedule any appointments, you can do so yourself with no fee/charge by clicking the automated confirmation link/email that was sent to you up to 24 hours before your appointment. If you are already past this window, please respond to your appointment reminder text or email or by sending us a message through the *TEXT US* button at the bottom of this page. to inform us as soon as possible.


  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s).
  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within ~2 hours of the appointment time, or failure to attend an appointment (“no-show”), will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.


Fees must be paid in full within 7 days or prior to rebooking, whichever comes first. If fee's remain unpaid after 7 days, an invoice will be sent via email and all future appointments will be cancelled. You will not be permitted to rebook until outstanding fees are paid.


Repeated last-minute cancellations or rescheduling may require non-refundable prepayment for future bookings.

ARRIVING LATE:

 Please arrive on time for your appointment. Most of our appointment times are short, so even 5-10 minutes late is significant. 


  • If you are 5 minutes late to your appointment, we will message you to see if you are on your way. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service in order to fit within the remaining appointment time.
  • if you are (or will be) more than 10 minutes late, you may be considered a no-show and the appointment may be cancelled and subject to the "no-show" fee (100% of the scheduled service) as we may no longer be able to accommodate you within the time remaining. This will be determined by your service provider.


We take pride in our work and value our own time and will not rush through your appointments/or sanitation or our own breaks to accommodate a client arriving late. No exceptions. 

SEVERE WEATHER POLICY EXCEPTIONS

Sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled due to severe weather, driving conditions and highway closures. 


  • If severe weather or unsafe driving conditions prevent you from attending your appointment, let us kow as soon as possible. We will do our best to offer a new appointment within 7 days, based on availability (allowing us to waive any last-minute fees).
  • Rescheduling due to weather is not guaranteed and depends on our current schedule availability.
  • If no appointment times are available within 7 days, or if the offered appointment times do not work for you, 50% of the scheduled service total will still apply.


We will always do our best to accommodate you, however, we are unable to extend hours or guarantee priority rebooking due to weather-related cancellations.
