Soleil Bar is owned and founded by local health and business professional Jessica MacPhee. The idea was conceived in January 2019, and started out with Jessica simply offering airbrush spray tans. This baby quickly grew and flourished into a whole new concept.

We are located in one of Portage la Prairie's most beautiful historic buildings, at 103 Third Street North-East.

Soleil Bar hosts a collection of top notch services and service providers all provided/owned by independent business women. We strongly believe in collaboration and our goal is to empower, support and grow together and with our clients.
